Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive an email advising that your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your order number, the items you ordered and the tracking number for your shipment. All orders are shipped via Australia Post. You can go to the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number to see the status of the shipment.
Australian orders will usually arrive within 2 to 10 business days of the order being placed.
Delivery for international orders can vary but is usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note these are estimates only and Melbourne Blends is not responsible for any delays experienced by couriers when delivering your Parcel. The shipping aspect of your order is a separate service from Melbourne Blends and we reserve the right to not issue a refund on orders if packages are experiencing delays.
If you have ordered the wrong item of entered the wrong shipping address you need to contact us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet we can easily make the necessary adjustments.
However if your order has been processed, there is nothing we can do to amend the items or shipping address which was provided. If you have entered an incorrect address you will need to get in contact with the residents of the address you had originally provided us with, as they will be the ones to receive your package. If this address does not exist the shipment should make it's way back to our facility. Once we receive it we can then redirect your parcel to your correct address.
If you have entered any incorrect details for your order and it has already been fulfilled and processed then your order cannot be cancelled.
We are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Melbourne Blends also reserves the right to not issue a refund on orders never received due to the incorrect details being provided.
