Processing & shipping your order

All orders are processed within one to two business days and shipped according to your chosen shipping method.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number which you can use to track your order.

Free Shipping Australia Wide on orders over $80 AUD

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post or a courier company and come with a tracking number. The estimated delivery time within Australia (from time of order to receipt of parcel) is 2 to 10 business days. Australian orders under $80 AUD have a postage rate of $8.65 AUD.

Product Quality

Melbourne Blends team is proud of creating products of the highest quality and on offering excellent customers experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with the Quality of the product, we offer 14-day returns policy for all of your online purchases.

Please check your item upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours should the item be damaged or faulty. Where possible, keep the original packaging and please take a photo. Please contact us via the Contact us  form for all returns.

If damage has occurred during shipping to you, we will provide you with a replacement. To allow us to evaluate your claim and to arrange suitable replacement or refund the Proof of the fault or damage may be requested which may include emailing photographs.

Our customer service team will investigate what cause issue and advise you before product is sent back to us. You must provide a copy of the invoice (if not purchased over Shopify) and return the item within 14 days of purchase. Melbourne Blends does not offer refund if customer change mind or fail to read products description including allergy statement.

If the items do not comply to our returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse returned items. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
